At Trusswood one of our primary goals is to provide a safe working environment.  To achieve this we spent 2 years working with the University of Florida and OSHA to implement outstanding safety standards.  Due to this partnership, in September 2007, we were awarded the “SHARP” certification which is considered the most prestigious national award recognizing safety in the workplace.  At that time there was a total of 63 companies in all of Florida that have received this award, with only one of them being a truss company.
