Trusswood's Quality Control Department inspects each truss for: (a) quality of lumber, (b) plate positioning, (c) member location as well as (d) labeling and bearing location accuracy. In addition, before our truck leaves the yard with your truss package, we inspect the load to assure the safety of the product throughout the delivery process.

Not only does Trusswood have its own Quality Control we have also teamed up with Timber Products Inspections (TPI). TPI visits our facility on a monthly basis to ensure our products exceed the ANSI/TIP industry standards.
